Commonly known as “Dream Herb” or “Leaf of God”, Calea ternifolia (synonym, C. zacatechichi) is used by the Chontal Indians of Mexico in rituals to focus the mind in preparation for dreaming. Traditionally, before bed the dried leaf incense would be burned over an open flame, though we recommend using an incense burner for safety.
Place in the incense burner alone or with your other favorite ritual herbs.
