O.K., so just as with Shamanic Dream II, this may sound a little over the top and “New Agey”, but in truth; this CD is critical to my personal meditation sessions. It often acts my “silver string” back to reality when I am engaging in deeply meditative and/or out of body excursions. I’ve had the priviledge of interviewing Anugama, and his reason for making the music he makes is far outside the bounds of what the mainstream press can understand. He realizes how sacred music has been to shamans since the dawn of time, and he is extremely skilled at incorporating raw, earthy sounds into his music, while creating a gentle, pulsating beat that can act as your mantra, easing you into, and gently guiding you along a Shamanic Journey. Highly recommended.
