Our Zafu meditation cushion is available with buckwheat hull filling in a closed inner lining. The zippered cover is removable and washable. The buckwheat hulls will hold their loft and can be shaped to fit your needs. Ideal for full or half lotus or other meditation postures where your knees are on the Zabuton mat. 13″ Diameter, 5″ high, carrying handle. Use the Zabuton with the Zafu to provide a cushion for your knees and ankles. A Support Cushion will add height.
