The roots of Ashwagandha have a long history of use in India for rejuvenation. This ancient herb was also used by the Tanganyikans of Tanzania as a relaxing herb. Ayurveda teaches that there are seven basic bodily constitutions made up from the balance of three energetic influences, or Doshas. The three Doshas are Vata, Pitta, and Kapha; everyone has a predominance of at least two of these Doshas, and some people may be a mix of all three (tri-Doshic). The state of balance between the Doshas is called Prakruti. Aswagandha is thought to have many balancing benefits for the Doshas and to encourage general health and vitality, improve mental stamina, and support healthy energy levels in the body.
Directions: Take no more than 3 capsules at a time.
