Siberian Motherwort (Leonurus sibiricus), also known as Marihuanilla, is propagated by seed, which when lightly covered in soil and moistened well germinate and grow quickly in full sunlight. It is in flower from July to September, with the seeds ripening in September, and grows as tall as 1 meter in height. The plant is intolerant to frost and should be brought indoors during the winter months. In areas without a winter season or overbearing frost, it can develop into a perennial bush. Despite its aversion to cold, it can thrive in less than ideal conditions but should be well watered and fertilized. It grows well both in full garden beds and in pots.
